Shine's data team develops internal APIs, algorithms, and data pipelines that help our customers (tax forecasting, OCR...) and feed our compliance tools (user and bank transfer scoring, fraud detection, know your customer document validation).

The data team's work also helps Shine optimize its commercial offer and make the right decisions about its business (structuring and feeding our data lake, setting up and monitoring KPIs...).

The team includes 3 expertise areas:

● Data Engineering has the mission to aggregate data and to make it available;

● Data Analysis seeks to shed light on business issues;

● Data Science aims to do continuous research to optimize the use of technology in Shine products.
