Shine's People team recruits, supports and cares for our employees. The team consists of 8 members divided into three expertise areas:

- The Talent Acquisition team supports Shine's 32 managers in staffing their teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and enhancing Shine's employer brand.

- HRBPs support managers with complex issues, ensure the dissemination of our corporate culture and manage career development.

- Office Managers are responsible for organizing internal events, managing our premises, and ensuring everyone has a positive onboarding experience.
