I'm the Engineering Manager of User Success team. Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our users and empowering them to be as autonomous as possible. We also strive to provide our operators with the tools they need to be efficient in their daily tasks.

We are a team of 4 engineers, 1 product manager, and 2 designers, all concerned to have the nicest product from the UX to the quality of deliverables.
