👋 I'm a Staff Engineer & try to help teams accomplish successfully their daily jobs.
I'm mentoring colleagues, sponsoring initiatives & try to guide or lead complex & cross-team projects to help Shine meeting successfully its objectives with a strong focus on architecture & infrastructure while keeping in mind long-term vision.

Before that, I've been successively part of:

• the User Success team, whose job is to make our support team as efficient as possible, either by improving internal tools (like our entirely custom back-office, Intercom app…), either by adding new features on Shine app and Shine web-app so users are as autonomous as possible, and don't need to reach the support.
• the Platform team, which is responsible for developers experience, internal tooling, infrastructure & core features.

I love backend topics with a strong focus on code maintainability & quality.

Outside of work, I like climbing 🧗‍♂️& surfing 🏄‍♂️
